- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all purchases of $50.00 USD or more within the United States.
- Processing: Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days.
- Delivery Times Estimated: The standard delivery time is usually from 3 to 7 business days after package collection.
- Exemption from Liability: Delivery times are estimates. The company is not responsible for operational delays in messaging services, weather conditions or force majeure events.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided so that you can check the status of your shipment.
2. Privacy and Data Security
We comply with privacy standards to protect your information on our platform:
- Data Collection: We only request the information strictly necessary to process and send your purchase (name, shipping address and email). It does not require the creation of an account to purchase.

3. Returns and Refunds
- Final Sales: Due to the nature of our products (food and perishable items), all sales are final. No refunds are accepted for food safety reasons.
- Transport Damage: If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within the 48 hours after receipt to evaluate the case and manage a replacement or credit.
4. Customer's Responsibility
- Sending Address: The customer is responsible for providing an accurate and complete address. The company is not responsible for packages delivered in wrong addresses entered by the user at the time of purchase.
